《群星》為謝佑承與馬維元共同合作之作品，作品展出於2023年馬祖國際藝術島——東引島山東小館。此件作品包含現場發放之神話小冊及燈光裝置，作品概念以展覽現場過去舞廳時期所遺留的鏡球及紀錄照片為索引，重現時空間內的光與影。
藝術家以島上的神話、口耳相傳的軼聞、航海時代的歷史、軍政府時期的故事為背景，為東引撰寫了八個星座故事於神話小冊中，對應於一年中的8個節氣，當人們望夜空看時，便能看見島上的故事。此件作品的裝置造型則啟發於過去舞廳的燈具，若轉動中心的鏡球可於牆面上顯影星座的分佈，而環狀裝置上則搜集了48組島上拍攝的日常燈具相片，透過微小燈點在東引的夜晚熠熠發光。

Astrtism is a collaborative work by Hsieh Yu-Cheng and Ma Wei-Yuan, exhibited at the 2023 Matsu Biennial in the restaurant Shan-tung Siao Kuan on Dongyin Island. The project includes a distributed mythological booklet and a light installation, inspired by remnants from the past of the site as a dance hall, such as mirror balls and archival photographs. Within the historical and spatial context of the site, the piece reimagines the interplay of light and shadow.
Drawing inspiration from local mythology, oral anecdotes, maritime history, and stories from the military government era of the island, the artists wrote eight constellation myths for Dongyin, corresponding to the eight solar terms of the year. When gazing at the night sky, viewers can imagine these stories woven into the stars above the island. The design of the installation was inspired by the lighting fixtures of the former dance hall. By rotating the central mirror ball, constellations are projected onto the walls. Surrounding the installation, 48 photos of everyday lighting fixtures taken on the island are displayed. As these tiny spots of light glow in Dongyin’s night, they also offer a poetic interplay of history, myth, and illumination.
